This shoot was originally created to be a fun shoot about turning 18. I had exceedingly grand expectations of turning 18, unfortunately they were not met. Instead of celebrating this new chapter of my life I spent the week of my birthday drowning in assignments and college applications. I thought turning 18 would be a life changing moment of clarity, but I had never been more confused. So, in this shoot I wanted to show the expectations vs reality of turning 18.
